What color are available for handles?
We can do any colors as per clients’ request on the handle. It will be great if clients can specific Pantone Number.
Can we customize the color of bristle and ferrule?
Yes, the color can be customized according to your request.
What kind of packing do you have?
Normally we packed each of the brushes with OPP bags, and all the face brushes covered by protective sleeve. Furthermore, every sets inserted into OPP bags. We can do OEM packing as well like PVC box, cardboard case with artwork designed by clients.
How about sample policy?
Sample could be provided based on our stock availability.
If available, we can provide sample free, but shipping cost should be paid by clients.
If for customized samples, that is not available, sample would be charged but refunded upon order confirmation.
How soon we can get the samples?
It takes around 15 working days to customize samples. The samples can be sent within 3 business days if they are in stock.
What’s the Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Regarding individual brushes, the MOQ is 1000 pcs.
Regarding travel brush kits, the MOQ is 500 sets.
Regarding professional brush sets, the MOQ is 500 sets.
For inventory brushes, the MOQ is 50pcs.
What’s the lead time for mass production?
Usually the lead time is 30~45 working days for OEM order. The brushes in stock can be shipped within 3 business days.

What’s your payment terms?
We accept T/T by 30% prepaid before mass production, the balance to be paid against copy of Bill of lading.

Do you accept small quantity order?
Yes, small quantity order can be accepted if those items are in stock.
How much is the shipping cost?
It depends on the total weight of your order, the distance between our location, and the shipping terms you choose. By air, by express or by ocean will generate totally different cost.
